Returns, exchanges and cancellations
cancel the order
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to support@luckyor.store. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

1. If the order is canceled more than 12 hours after the order is placed, an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged.
2. Order cancellation will not be accepted more than 7 days after the order is placed.

After placing an order, if you think the product size may not be suitable for you, or if you want to change it to another style, please contact our customer service representative by email support@luckyor.store. Our customer service representative will reply to you by email within 24 hours. mail.
Please note that if there is a difference in price when changing styles, we will charge or refund depending on the situation. We recommend that you try not to choose products with a price difference of more than $1 to avoid price differences.

We would be dismayed if you are not 100% satisfied with the item you receive. Please review our return policy below:

1. If you think an item is not suitable for you, you can contact us to return it within 7 days after receiving the item.
2. If you return the goods, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Returned items must be in original, unused condition and with original packaging. Returns will not be accepted on items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way
4. Items returned without first contacting our customer service representative will not be accepted. Please note that the address stated on the packing slip is not our return address. Items sent there will not be returned.
5. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
6. We will process your refund after receiving your returned package. For customers who paid via PayPal, your refund will be processed within 2 days of receiving your package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your package.
7. If the returned item is shipping internationally, please mark it as "Return Item" to avoid any customs fees. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by customs for returning packages. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. If the product or packaging is found to be used or damaged we will notify the buyer as we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value from the refund.
8. Customers only need to pay one shipping fee at most (including returns); consumers do not need to restock when returning goods.
We happily accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive the item. Please follow the process below to process your return:
1. Contact our customer service representatives by sending us a request in your account. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@luckyor.store indicating the items you wish to return and why.
2. Our customer service representatives will respond to you within 24 hours and process your return request.
3. Place the items in the original packaging and seal the package securely. Attach the return address you received from our customer service representative to the package.
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return policy.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs.
Consumers do not need to pay restocking fees when returning items.
Before returning the goods, the buyer should confirm the return address and then return the goods to the seller. If the buyer does not communicate with the seller and does not confirm the return address, but directly returns the goods to an unconfirmed address, the return will not be considered a valid return, and therefore the seller will not accept any refund request.
